Customized house cleaning services are available weekly, biweekly every 4 weeks rotations. Each home is custom build to meet customer’s needs with guarantee of quality of work performed.
This one entirely depends on you. If you are uncomfortable having other people in your home when you’re not around, it’s alright to stay. We wouldn’t mind as long as you or any family member are not getting on cleaners way. However, if you would like to grab the chance to step out of the house, go ahead.
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday, we will contact you to reschedule it.
If you need to change or cancel your clean, please notify our office at least 24hs before your cleaning time to avoid possible cancelation fee.
We understand your home is your treasure and we treat it with the greatest care; however, if an accident occur while we are in your home, we will contact you as soon as possible and make every effort to have it repaired or replaced.
